Or, click here (or on the "Buy the Book Now" button below), and you can order the book online.  Shipping rates will apply.  We ship via USPS, where possible via Media Mail (2-8 Business days).  Priority Mail (1-3 days) is also available for additional charge.  In some cases (multiple book purchases, for example), Prioirty Mail may be the best option.  If you would like to discuss the best shipping options or have questions, please contact us.
