What is your shipping policy?

Typically, we ship via United States Postal Service (USPS).  For 1-3 books, the most cost-efficient method is via Media Mail (2-8 business days).  For more than 3 books, USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days) may be more reasonable.  Please be aware that Media Mail is not insurable, and we cannot be responsible for damage to packages after they leave our hands.  If you would like your package to be insured, consider upgrading your shipping method to USPS Priority Mail.  Contact us if you would like to determine which method best suits your needs.

Where Do You Ship From?

All orders ship from our location in Rancho Mirage, CA.  Rancho Mirage is in the Coachella Valley near Palm Springs.

How Long Will It Take For My Order To Ship?

We will always do our best to expedite pre-shipping handling, however please allow 2-4 days for order processing.  You will be notified when your order ships, and tracking information will be provided.

What Shipping Options Do You Offer?

We offer two basic domestic shipping methods:

  • USPS Media Mail (2-8 business days)

  • USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days)

International orders are dependent on package weight and destination.  Please contact us.

How Much Does Domestic Shipping Cost?

The cost of Media Mail is dependent on destination and package weight, however, we have assigned an average cost of $7.00 for one book and $11.00 for two.

Priority Mail is a flat rate of $17 for 1-4 books and $22 for 5 books.  For shipping of 6 or more books, please contact us and we will determine the best method and rate to fit your needs.

One important distinction between Priority Mail and Media Mail is that Media Mail is not insured or insurable.  Priority Mail will at least partially insure your package.  Please be aware of this limitation when selecting Media Mail.

General Questions
What Is Your Return Policy?

Unused and unopened items may be returned within 10 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Once we receive the returned item(s) in its original condition and packaging we will issue you an exchange or refund (excluding shipping costs). Used, opened or final-sale items cannot be returned. If you receive merchandise that is damaged, defective, or sent in error due to a mistake on our part, please contact us right away so we can correct the situation.

How Do I Return An Item?

Can I cancel an order?

If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to cancel your order and issue a full refund.  If your order *has* shipped, we can't stop it, and so shipping charges will still apply, but if you use our return policy above, we can refund the cost of the items, once we have received them back into our possession.

Do You Charge Sales Tax?

For orders shipped within California we are required to charge sales tax; there is no sales tax on orders shipped outside of California.
